Portioning Lines with Production Standards
The Portioning and Mixing unit brings together two complementary production areas within the Grupo Esmeralda Corp complex, aiming to provide a comprehensive solution for supply chain operations originating from imports, adapting original presentations to local market requirements. Both lines and their sub-specializations (such as the cheese molding line) operate under the same quality protocols and operational standards as our raw material and processed goods production lines. These complementary operations serve major retail chains with value-added products curated by our specialized SCM company, Soraya, as well as with private-label solutions in the presentations each client needs for their sales format.
With eight years of experience, the unit has established itself as a reliable partner for white-label programs and custom developments, designed to meet the needs of every sales channel from end-consumer presentations for the retail channel to the strategic supply needs of the foodservice channel.

A 200.45 m² area (44.35 m² dedicated to processing) devoted to the portioning and packaging of individual vegetables, mixed vegetables, pre-fried potatoes, and frozen fruits for the mass market and foodservice channels.
